NO ACCIDENTAL SUCCESS

For a while, I've stayed up until late at night, working on huge career dreams I've had for a while, and truthfully is hasn't been fun. Last night left me with a serious body ache and headache. While I lay on my bed, I pondered on one of life's most undeniable reality; success is never accidental, it is deliberate. Success doesn't come fun, it comes hectic. Success can be enjoyed on your bed, but it can only be achieved on your fit or sit and not on your bed.

I've realized that the world is full of billions of people who have dreams and visions worth billions of dollars, but only few people who are willing to take the pain of working on those dreams.

Forget your wishful thinking and crazy unrealistic imaginations, truth is that poverty is a life companion for a man who isn't ready to leave his comfort zone (Proverbs 13:14, 6:6-11). A wise man once said that "the Richest place is the burial ground" and that's because millions have died poor and insignificant, and unfortunately with ideas capable of altering the global financial direction.

The first capital you need for a successful career or business is not money but an idea. But the truth is that no matter how beautiful or powerful an idea is, it cannot plan, cultivate or deploy itself; an idea is not enough, discipline is key!

Hey! That company will not build itself, that textbook will not write itself, that talent will not develop itself, that research will not conduct itself and that book will not study itself!
The time to work on that idea is NOW, not tomorrow. Procrastination is devilish!

Don't go bragging about being a professor by reading other people's textbook, write yours!
Don't make noise about attending shows to watch celebrities, become one!
Don't go brag about many preachers you know, pay the price for the anointing!
Don't make noise that you are a manager, become a CEO!
Don't bore me with your role models, become a role model to others!
People have prayed for and taught you enough, pray for and teach others!
Don't go crazy about other people's fashion, become a fashion designer or employ one!

Finally, good success comes from God. Miracles can happen but God will bless the works of your hand, and not the speech of your mouth or thought of your head (2Chronicles 15:17, Ephesians 4:28).

But beyond the ideas, stay around or listen to people whom you aspire to be like. Surround yourself with people who challenge you. Don't surround yourself with mediocres or pessimists; your idea isn't worth sharing with everyone, some will discourage you and kill it.

You may be broke now but not in the future. The period that you are trekking is the time to work out your future private jets and not the time to blame the government and fantasize. You first of all become a wealthy person before you actually have the money.
Not all dreamers end up achievers. Dream is free and painless but success isn’t.

SUCCESS IS PREDICTABLE.
See you at the Top!!!

Sir watching you speak at the Ebonyi state students conference in 2017, I decided to sit up and deliberately become a success. You are for this generation. Massive respect!
